This is a classic blend of three of the noblest French Rhone white varieties. Marsanne, Roussanne and Viognier. The Marsanne brings elegance and texture, the Viognier finesse and flavour and the Roussanne grace and structure. Each are fermented separately and blended prior to bottling.
This convincing blend of the three French white varieties is something else. Exhibiting a medium straw colour with aromas of stone fruit, orange rind and red apple. Great flavours with fig and quince overtones. A full flavoured food wine suitable for seafood to white meats.
