The two L'Amato wines are made in the traditional amphora - a ceramic vessel which helps to lift the aromatic qualities of the wine. So, a natural ferment, in a breathing vessel. Using these ceramic vessels heightens the aromatics in the wines, and retains a vibrant palate profile. These wines are a little unusual at first but are a great way to showcase excellent quality fruit.
A vibrant, aromatic style, which is dry but very aromatic. The moscato giallo fruit has a very intense perfume, but the palate is structured and persistent after its fermentation in the amphora. Something quite different, and it must be tried!
