Dell'uva Wines have started to develop a range of Sparkling Wines for your enjoyment.
Our first being this absolutely delightful combination of Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc. Secondary fermentation was carried out using the Charmat method prior to bottling. This ensures a lovely small bubble mousse. The secondary ferment was stopped at 8.5 grams per litre of residual sugar making this elegant Sparkling Pinot semi-dry. The resulting pale red coloured wine is full of flavour and character, exhibiting lovely strawberries and cream. A great celebration wine, serve chilled on a sunny day.
