100% Pinot Noir grapes have been used to make this Rose of Pinot Noir. The Pinot Noir grapes are picked and put through the de-stemmer to remove stalks and left overnight in a cool room to macerate with the skins. The following morning the juice and skins are pressed off, and the juice that has been coloured by the 12 hour skin contact is then fermented dry. At Dell'uva Wines our Rose of Pinot Noir is completely dry, not sweet with remaining residual sugar.
This results in a finished wine that can be served chilled, is highly aromatic, aromas of rasberry and strawberry, crisp and full of flavour fresh red fruits and a smooth finish without residual sugar.
